Discovery Island Carnivale (Disney's Animal Kingdom) is a street-party style performance that premiered in May 2016, when Animal Kingdom expanded its hours. Inspired by Carnival celebrations from around the world, the show features performers engaging with guests in a high-spirited dance show every night in the park.

With the addition of José and Panchito in February 2018, Discovery Island Carnivale (Disney's Animal Kingdom) had two new hosts to attract guests to the popular night show on Discovery Island. Performing with the Viva Gaia band, José and Panchito help to draw the audience in to the world of the show.
